Digital delivery
No physical product will be shipped. Access to the download is granted immediately after successful payment, which means the product is consumed as soon as it is delivered.
General rule
Because the files can be downloaded and printed straight away, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed.
When we do refund
If you were charged more than once, or if a technical issue prevents you from downloading the files and we cannot resolve it for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
